TM-LED PLANT LIMITED’s Terms & Conditions

  1. One set photocopy of Up-to-date Trade License
  2. One set photocopy of VAT Registration / Up-to-date VAT Certificate (If you Have)
  3. One set photocopy of NID of the proprietor/Managing Director /Authorized Officer
  4. One Original copy of Bank Solvency Certificate
  5. Three recent photographs of the Applicant
  6. One set photocopy of E-TIN certificate /E-TIN registration
  7. In case of premature closure of the dealer a/c the applicant must inform Managing Director OF TM-LED PLANT LIMIED by written before 3 months.
  8. All TM-LED PLANT LIMITED’S products & services must be sold or bought or marketed through only the authorized dealer(s).
  9. In case of defective product(s) TM-LED PLANT LIMIED will replace the products & services within one week or seven working days to the authorized dealer(s) /Customer(s)
  10. Every authorized dealer must be ensured their payments through payment order /demand draft /RTGS/Bank Guarantee in favor of TM-LED PLANT LIMIED, then TM-LED PLANT LIMIED will deliver its products & services to their authorized dealers ‘destination.
  11. This terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the land

 12. TM-LED PLANT LIMIED reserves the right to the change /alter/ratify the                 terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
